By Laws

Bylaws are important: They describe how the Association is run, set out voting rights and procedures, and contain rules for such things as how to call a meeting and how often meetings must be held. The bylaws  also describe the Association's rights and responsibilities.

Covenants and Restrictions

Sections 1-3

The C&Rs are the rules of your neighborhood. They describe the requirements and limitations about what you can do with your property. The goal of the C&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community. These Sections 1-3 pertain to the "W" Streets. All others are in Sections 4-5 which is another HOA and can be found on FB.
